Common questions
How do I allow Screen Time access?
Open Screen Seal → Settings → Permissions (or follow onboarding), then allow Screen Time when iOS prompts you. You can also enable it in iOS Settings → Screen Time.
Only some apps should be blocked — why is everything blocked?
Make sure each rule has its own app list in Blocking → edit the rule → Select apps. Pick individual apps, not entire categories, unless you intend to block a whole category.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Screen Seal → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your synced account data. Local blocking rules on your device may remain until you change them in the app.

App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
